Terms of Service

DRAFT for legal review — not yet in force. Sender2 must have these reviewed by a qualified lawyer for every jurisdiction it serves before public launch.

1. The service

Sender2 Mail ("Sender2", "we") provides free email accounts ending in @sender2.com. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country (and at least 13). You may hold one free account. Accounts created automatically or in bulk are not allowed.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and your recovery email up to date.
• You must give accurate registration information.
• Usernames are assigned first come, first served and are never reassigned after an account is deleted.
• We may reclaim or rename usernames that impersonate others or infringe trademarks.

4. Free plan limits

The free plan includes 50 MB of storage, attachments up to 10 MB and up to 20 outgoing messages per day. We may change these limits with notice. We do not offer unlimited storage or sending.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or delete accounts that send spam, phishing, malware or illegal content, or that put the service or other users at risk, with or without notice where the risk is serious.

6. Inactive accounts

We may delete accounts that have not been signed into for 12 months, after sending a warning to the account and its recovery email.

7. Availability and backups

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We take regular backups but do not guarantee that mail will never be lost. Keep copies of anything important.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all mail in the account.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sender2 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from use of a free service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in the service before material changes take effect.
